Fixed-batch Onboarding

Recruit your volunteers in fixed batches and regular cycles to consolidate manpower and resources for onboarding, orientation and training.

Determine an onboarding schedule that fulfils the needs of your organisation, and at a frequency that is achievable for the organisation. Doing so also allows volunteers to block the dates out early on. They will also be aware of the next onboarding cycle should they miss the current cycle.

How this works: 

  • Organise your onboard or admission processes biannually or quarterly where volunteers who sign up before a certain date will be introduced in the volunteer pool at the respective time frames.

  • Volunteer opportunities can be promoted first to the onboarded ready- to-volunteer pool instead of a mass announcement to fresh faces.
