Using Blogs and Articles for engagement content

On the organisation’s website, explore writing articles as a way to engage with your target group. Articles should be continuously put up to share about the organisation's ways of working or updates on programmes. This allows other organisations to learn the best practices from one another, volunteers to better understand the organisation they are in, and also provide networking opportunities across organisations.

Articles can be segmented into content pillars such as:

  1. Ways of working or principle-related content

  2. Learnings over the years 

  3. Timeline-driven content such as: (1) Start of year ambitions (2) End of year summary (3) Celebratory posts)

  4. Volunteers recounting their journeys

  5. Articles that covers what was learnt during trainings to act as refreshers or to share with other volunteers
