Internal social media endorsements

Tap on existing employees and volunteers to promote your organisation and encourage them to give personal and anecdotal experiences on their own social media accounts. Allow them to capture volunteer sessions on their social media accounts, such as Instagram Stories, or to do a post and write-up to share about their role. This could inspire their personal network to join them in your organisation as a volunteer.

You can also create opportunities for posting as well. This could include having a photo spot when organising events or taking a group photo with the volunteer team at the end of key volunteering sessions. This encourages volunteers to post on their platforms organically as well to share about their experiences.
