In most organisations and schools, there is an annual photo taking event of all members. Why not try this in your organisation for your volunteers as well? Including them in photoshoots allows them to gain a sense of belonging and when they look back at the photos, it could serve as a good memento to remind them of all the years they have served in your organisation!
