​Volunteering is no longer a one way street. Think of five important reasons why people should volunteer and advertise this consistently throughout your programme. It helps to first create an advertising creative collateral to entice volunteers to stick around and give you a list of their motivations. The more creative you can get, the more eyes you will attract.
