To build up your marketing content, check in regularly with your volunteers to find out more about their experience with your organisation. With their consent, you can also repurpose their experience as content for social media, website testimonials and other marketing collaterals.

This not only helps you curate consistent updated content across engagement channels but also doubles as a way to gain feedback from your volunteers. Such content is advantageous as it may be relatable to future potential volunteers to learn more about the organisation and to understand how it is like to volunteer at your organisation with insights as to what the role entails.
To ensure a regular and steady flow of content, you can create a Google Form or other suitable channels for volunteers to submit any interesting stories and experiences that they would like to share. You can also encourage submission of stories with small prizes such as organisation merchandise.
