When faced with a lack of resources, it is important for you to conserve and create a plan to maximise what you have. A way to do so is to host large-scale training at fixed times of the year.

To ensure that efforts put into planning for trainings do not go to waste, get volunteers to indicate interest and availability in advance so that trainings can be conducted on dates with the most number of available volunteers. Having advance notice also allows volunteers to block out these dates and ensure their attendance.
