Collaborate with corporations to get them to pledge a regular supply of volunteers throughout the year, and in return, provide them with enough opportunities to satisfy their company’s CSR efforts. 

 

SSAs require a consistent supply of volunteers all-year round while corporates aim to meet their annual CSR objectives. It would be mutually beneficial to create long-term collaboration opportunities with corporates where they can return to the same organisation each year. This not only builds rapport between corporate volunteers and service users, but also reduces administrative efforts of having to negotiate new collaborations each year.
