Role titles are the first headers that grab the attention of potential volunteers. Get creative with them to pull in a greater crowd. A fun volunteer title says a lot about the nature of your organisation and also engages with potential volunteers organically through a more unique approach.

Start by identifying what kinds of roles are currently available in your organisation and think of how volunteers in that roles would like to be perceived.

An example would be instead of the usual ‘Tutor’ role, you can call them your ‘Math Superheroes’!
