Look into creating small keepsakes for each event that is carried out. It can be an event goodie bag, an event shirt or something as small as stamps and badges. This is so that volunteers can keep them for memories and be incentivised to participate in more events to collect more cute trinkets. It also serves as a reminder of their time with your organisation, a passive nudge to invite them back!
