ENGAGEMENT
Build Landmarks with your Volunteers

Having your volunteers physically involved in something tangible builds a stronger connection between them and your organisation.

For example, you can engage your volunteers to design and paint a mural wall at your volunteer centre or involve them in opportunities to get involved with the agency itself. This not only provides an opportunity for your volunteers to bond, but also benefits your organisation with the upgraded facilities. Volunteers will also have something physical to remind them of their contributions and also have something physical to remind them of their presence and memories there.

This mural was created by Rachel Chew for a project with the CoLab here in Nanyang Technological university. Inspired by the core values of the place, she designed this piece that now forms a core memory in her heart and is something she is proud of from her time in the school.
