Find any volunteers missing from volunteering in the past one or two months? They might be disengaged and slowly leaving the organisation! It is best to catch them at this period before they decide to leave entirely.

Volunteers have shared with us that leaving is not an immediate process for them, especially if they have been quite active previously. They leave in stages where they will slowly phase out of the scene.
