Use a 'Model Volunteer'

During recruitment drives or in recruitment efforts, use ambassadors and profiles who are similar to the profiles you are intending to target. Showcase their stories so your target audience can identify and relate to them more, improving their confidence and self-efficacy that they can be volunteers too.

For example, if a shared concern among parents, students or working adults is the lack of time to volunteer, features volunteers who belong to those demographics to show it is still possible to volunteer despite busy schedules.

You can curate content such as video interviews to reveal how they manage their time and other responsibilities.
