Inject a little fun in your organisation! Try coordinating secret
angel events on special occasions! Think Secret Santa or Secret Valentine’s and you could have them between volunteers to allow them a chance to get to know one another better, or with volunteers and service users to strengthen the bond between them. This could be an opportunity for service users to show gratitude and appreciation for the volunteers as well, through handmade gifts or handwritten cards!
