We understand that volunteers leave organisations due to other commitments and life changes, which makes it difficult for you to encourage them to stay.

For all volunteers who have indicated that they are going to leave or have left, drop them an email or message with a link to a google form to indicate if they would like to be a part of the volunteer alumni association. This volunteer alumni association provides them with connections to all volunteers who used to be a part of the same SSA as they were in, which might be useful for their further education or career.

 

Follow-up engagement activities such as alumni dinners, adhoc alumni volunteering opportunities can be organised for the alumni association.
